Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°. Place blackberries in large bowl. Sprinkle with cornstarch; toss until blackberries are coated. Carefully stir in peaches.
- Place fruit in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, and baking powder in a bowl; mix until evenly distributed. Add milk and whisk until batter is smooth with no clumps.
- Combine blackberries, blueberries, peaches, rhubarb, remaining 1 cup sugar, and lemon juice in a medium pot over medium heat. Mix until sugar is evenly distributed. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
- Remove fruit mixture from the stove and pour into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour the batter over top and then the melted butter; do not mix. Top with walnuts and cinnamon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Mix the blackberries, peaches, cornstarch, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Press one of the pie crusts into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Pour the blackberry mixture into the pie crust. Cover with the remaining pie crust. Crimp the edges of the two crusts together to seal. Cut slits in the top of the pie to vent. Brush the top with the melted butter. Sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue to cook until top crust is golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly butter a 10-12 inch oven-safe skillet. Alternatively, you can use a 10-inch springform pan. 9-inch will be a little too small.
- Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and brown sugar together on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed. Add the eggs and vanilla, then beat on medium-high speed until combined. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl as needed. With the mixer on low speed, add the dry ingredients until just incorporated. With the mixer still running on low, slowly pour in the buttermilk until combined. Do not overmix. You may need to whisk it all by hand to make sure there are no lumps at the bottom of the bowl. Finally, fold in the fruit. The batter will be slightly thick. Spread into prepared skillet. Sprinkle with coarse sugar, if desired (and an extra blackberry or two!).
- Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If baking in a 12-inch skillet, the cake shouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes since it will be thinner.

- Sprinkle sugar over fresh blackberries and stir to cover all the blackberries. Spread blackberries in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drain peaches, saving 1/3 cup juice) and layer peach slices over the blackberries.
