PEACH STRAWBERRY DUMP CAKE
An inviting dessert for summer and so easy to make.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350.
- Spray a 13 by 9 inch pan with cooking oil.
- Spread peaches and strawberries in the pan.
- Top with cake mix, spreading evenly.
- Cover with Heath toffee bits.
- Pour butter over top.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
- Cool and serve with whipped cream.
STRAWBERRY DUMP CAKE
An easy recipe made with both fresh strawberries and canned strawberry pie filling. The cream cheese gives it a bit of a tang and the crumble reminds me of a sugar cookie.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Sprinkle strawberries with sugar and let rest until strawberries release their juices, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add strawberries to whipped cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Combine cake mix and melted butter in a separate bowl and mix until mixture comes together as a crumble.
- Pour pie filling into the greased baking dish. Pour strawberry-cream cheese mixture on top. Evenly distribute crumble over pie filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with margarine.
- Pour peaches and heavy syrup into the prepared baking dish. Spread cake mix evenly over peaches. Arrange butter pats in even rows on the cake mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven until top of cake is golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare your 9 inch cake pan by lightly greasing it all over (I use the butter wrapper), and placing a parchment round inside at the bottom. Take a small spoonful of flour and shake the pan around to thoroughly coat the inside. Dump out any excess flour and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese and milk until combined.
- In a large bowl, mixed softened butter until light and creamy (you can do this by hand or with a mixer). Add the granulated cane sugar and mix until thoroughly combined. Then add 1 large egg and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extra - I mix this in by hand with a spatula until well combined and smooth.
- Alternating flour mixture and milk/mascarpone mixture, add them in small increments, stirring after each addition until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, tapping it a few times on your counter to get it smooth and level.
