HONEY GLAZED PORK TENDERLOIN

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Place the pork tenderloins in a roasting pan, and roast 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove pork from oven, and baste with the honey sauce. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue roasting pork 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the honey sauce, to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a dutch oven or ovenproof skillet, heat the butter and honey over medium heat, stirring to melt butter.
- Season the pork with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper and place in pan.
- Cook until underside is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Turn pork, and cook until other side is browned, about 5 min more.
- (Lower the heat if the honey begins to burn.) Put the pan in the oven, and roast until the pork is just cooked through, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Transfer the pork to a plate and cover with foil to rest.
- Add the water to the pan, and stir over medium heat to scrape up all the browned bits.
- Add any accumulated pork juices from the plate, and simmer until sauce is reduced to about 1/2 cup.
- Slice the pork on the diagonal and served drizzled with the sauce.

- In a small bowl, combine the marjoram, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, seasoned salt, paprika and pepper. Rub over pork. HONEY GINGER PORK TENDERLOIN

- Rinse the pork with cold water, and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl combine all the remaining ingredients.
- Pour over the pork and turn to coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8-24 hours, turning a couple of times in dish during marinating time (overnight is better).
- Remove the pork from the marinade, and season with salt and pepper. (reserving marinade).
- Arrange on a oiled grill rack.
- Grill, basting with reserved marinade and turing about every 3 minutes until cooked.
- Discard remaining marinade.
- Let pork stand for 7 minutes (or more) before slicing.
- Delicious!

- Place pork in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
- For marinade, in a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, the chopped jalapeno peppers, the ginger, and crushed red pepper.
- Pour marinade over pork. Seal bag; turn to coat pork. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or up to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
- Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place pork on a rack in a roasting pan.
- Roast in oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until juices run clear (160 degree F), brushing once with reserved marinade after 10 minutes of roasting.
- Discard any remaining marinade. Remove and cover with foil; let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
