HOT SPICED APPLE CIDER
Both directions for this recipe make an amazing cider. I won't lie though, for some reason I think the percolator version is just a little bit better. This is great at Halloween, Thanksgiving and/or Christmas!

PAULA DEEN'S HOT CRANBERRY CIDER (PERCOLATOR)
This is from one of Paula Deen's cookbooks. It sounds wonderful for a winter party. She recommends you dedicate a cheap percolator for this as once you've used your coffeepot to make it, it has the smell of cloves and cinnamon in it.

SPICED PERCOLATOR PUNCH
It's now a tradition that I serve this at the Christmas Tea I host each year, as well as any open house. Called by many names--and there are similar recipes on this site--it's different because it doesn't include apple juice or cider.
