PEPPERONI PIZZA SLIDERS

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove rolls from package, but do not separate rolls. Cut block of rolls horizontally in half; place bottom halves of rolls in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spread with pizza sauce; sprinkle with half the mozzarella. Top with pepperoni and remaining mozzarella. Cover with tops of rolls.
  • Mix butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder until blended; drizzle over sandwiches. Sprinkle with Parmesan; cover.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375º. In a large skillet, cook green pepper and mushrooms in oil over medium-high heat until tender, 6-8 minutes. Pour in pizza sauce and stir to combine. Set aside. , Without separating rolls, cut package in half horizontally; arrange bottom halves on a greased baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce mixture and layer with pepperoni, olives and mozzarella; replace top halves of rolls. Brush dressing over rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan. , Bake, uncovered, until rolls are heated through and mozzarella is melted, 12-15 minutes. Cover with foil if top browns too quickly. Remove and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, pesto and egg; mix lightly. Shape into 12 meatballs; place on a greased rack in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut rolls in half horizontally; arrange bottom halves in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Top with half of cheese slices; set aside., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes, break up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes. Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; top with remaining cheese. Replace top halves of rolls. , For glaze, stir together butter, brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and garlic powder. Brush over rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds and minced onion. Bake, uncovered, until tops are golden and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes. If desired, top with pickle slices., Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked sandwiches; prepare and freeze glaze. Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush onions and tomatoes with oil. Grill 2 min., turning tomatoes after 1 min. Remove tomatoes from grill. Grill onions 6 min., turning after 3 min. Cool.
  • Meanwhile, mix meat and oregano; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 3 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with Singles pieces and adding buns to the grill to toast for the last 2 min.
