BAKED PORK CHOPS
This simple preparation is perfect for a weeknight -- just shake and bake!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine the panko, oil, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and 3/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Put the pork chops in a large bowl and toss to coat with 1 tablespoon water. Place the pork chops in the bag and shake well to coat, pressing the breadcrumb mixture firmly into the meat.
- Place the pork chops on a wire rack set on a baking sheet and top evenly with any breadcrumbs remaining in the bag. Bake until the breadcrumbs are dark golden and the internal temperature of the chops registers 145 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer (avoid touching bone), 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges if using.
PORK CHOPS

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season pork chops liberally with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet and brown pork chops on both sides. Remove chops to a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Add shallots to skillet and cook for 1 minute. Add white wine and simmer until it becomes syrupy. Add chicken stock and season with salt and pepper. Return to a simmer and finish with tablespoon of cold butter.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with oil.
- Scatter onions evenly into the baking pan. Place pork chops on top of onions in the pan.
- Combine maple syrup, mustard, garlic, red pepper, chili powder, and salt together in a small bowl. Pour mixture evenly over pork chops. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until chops are no longer pink in the center and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

- For stuffing, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add green onion and cook for 1 minute. Stir in mushrooms, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes more or until mushrooms are tender. Remove from heat.
- Trim fat from chops. make a pocket in each chop by cutting from fat side almost to, but not through, the opposite side. Spoon stuffing into pockets in chops. If necessary, secure with wooden toothpicks.
- Brush chops with Worcestershire sauce. Season chops lightly with additional salt and pepper. Grill chops on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium heat about 20 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once halfway through cooking. To serve, remove toothpicks.

- Season chops with salt & pepper, brown in lightly oiled skillet.
- Place in 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 350 deg.
- Prepare Stove-Top according to package, spoon over chops.
- Mix soup and milk in bowl, pour over top.
- Cover with foil and bake 1hr, or a little more until pork has reached safe internal temperature. You can bake longer for increased tenderness if desired, chops will be moist. You can also uncover last 20 mins or so of baking for top of casserole to brown.

- In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with garlic powder and seasoning salt to taste.
- Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl.
- Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side, or until the breading appears well browned.
- Transfer the chops to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and cover with foil.
