POTATO PIZZA HOT DISH
This has been a favourite dish at our house for a long time, I make it quite often as my family always requests it. Hope you will like it.

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 13x9 pan.
- Cover pan with potatos.
- Combine soup and milk; pour over potatos.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over med.
- heat until no longer pink; drain.
- Spread over soup mixture.
- Pour pizza sauce over meat layer.
- Cover, and bake 80-90 minutes or until the potatos are tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cook the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain off grease. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the sliced potatoes in a layer on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the ground beef and onion over the potatoes. Place slices of pepperoni over the ground beef. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the tomato soup, Cheddar cheese soup, and milk. Season with oregano, Italian seasoning, and brown sugar. Mix well, and cook until heated through. Pour over the contents of the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the aluminum foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Steps:
- Brown the beef and drain fat.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Set aside.
- Combine onion, oregano, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.
- Set aside.
- Mix the soup and milk until smooth and then add the potatoes and ground beef.
- Spread in a 9X13 pan and dot with butter.
- Pour the tomato sauce over top, but do not stir.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.

- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in water and oil until combined. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Gently form into a ball. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough in half. On parchment, roll each half into a 10-in. circle. Transfer (leaving dough on parchment) to a 12-in. pizza pan. , Preheat oven to 425°.
