LOW CARB VANILLA CLOUD DESSERT

On a low carb journey with my husband leaves us missing our desserts. This is a good and easy one that we have come to love. Any flavored pudding mix will work, of course.

Steps:

  • In an electric mixer with the whisk attachment mix both ingredients, stirring the sides down halfway, until light and fluffy.

1/4 box(es) (small box) dry vanilla pudding mix
1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream

DELICIOUSLY EASY PUDDING IN A CLOUD

This was the #1 recipe that I used to request my mom to make when I was little. I love pudding and Cool Whip! This is such an easy dessert. You can use any flavor of pudding, but my mom used to always use chocolate pudding!

Deliciously Easy Pudding in a Cloud image

Steps:

  • Divide thawed whipped topping among 6 dessert glasses, using about 1/3 cup in each.
  • With the back of a spoon, make a depression in the center and spread topping up the sides of the glasses.
  • Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package for pudding.
  • Spoon pudding mixture into glasses.
  • Chill. Garnish as desired.

Steps:

  • Spread 1/3 cup COOL WHIP onto bottom and up side of each of 6 dessert dishes.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Spoon into center of COOL WHIP in each dish.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

I use this as a craft project in by sunday school class. I bring add ins such as gummie bears and candy stars to ride the cloud as well. The varieties are endless!

Steps:

  • follow the directions on the pudding boxes.
  • Layer the graham crackers on the bottom of the pan. put the first type of pudding on top of the graham crackers.
  • Layer another group of graham crackers and add the second type of pudding .
  • Put the whipped cream over the top. add the blueberries.
  • I used chocolate pudding on the 1st layer and cheesecake on the 2nd layer. You can use any puddings. Refrigerate

1 box(es) graham crackers
8 ounce(s) cool whip

You can use either a homemade angel food cake or a store bought one. Super easy to prepare and the dish always come home licked clean. Works especially well when you need to prepare dessert for a large number of people.

Layered Cherries on a Cloud or Cherry Trifle image

Steps:

  • Tear the angel food cake into 1 inch cubes. Place them in a single layer in a 13x9 inch pan.
  • (The pudding amount is 2 small boxes or 1 large US box pudding, either instant or cooked.) Pour the pudding over the cake; top with the cherry pie filling.
  • Can also be layered in a trifle bowl or in individual parfait glasses.
  • I've never tried it but I bet chocolate pudding would be good too. :).
