Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Sprinkle both sides of chops with salt and pepper; place in a lightly greased/sprayed baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients and evenly pour over pork chops.
- Cover and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until pork is slightly pink in center.
- Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer.
- Serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with garlic powder and seasoning salt to taste. Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl. Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side, or until the breading appears well browned. Transfer the chops to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. While baking, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk and white wine in a medium bowl. After the pork chops have baked for an hour, cover them with the soup mixture. Replace foil, and bake for another 30 minutes.

- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
- Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Sear pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the pan juices, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add honey, water, and vinegar. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally until sauce has reduced down and slightly thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.
