Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole image

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and frozen peas. Cook until noodles are al dente, drain well. Return noodles and peas to the pot.
  • Mix soup, tuna fish, onions, processed cheese and pepper into the pot. Stir constantly until all of the ingredients are well mixed and the cheese has melted. Serve.

Steps:

  • Use a strainer to rinse and drain noodles well. Dry as thoroughly as possible, using paper towels. Cut noodles up a bit with kitchen shears (if you've got 'em), and set aside.
  • Add soup to a skillet and bring to medium heat on the stove. Add noodles and toss to coat.
  • Stir in tuna and season with spices, to taste. Cook and stir until hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
  • If you like, garnish with scallions. Serve it up!

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, place onion in a greased microwave-safe 11x7-in. dish; dot with butter. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute; stir. Microwave 1-2 minutes longer, stirring every 30 seconds. , In a bowl, combine soup and milk; stir in tuna and cheeses. Pour over onion. Drain noodles; add to tuna mixture and mix well. When the pasta is done, drain and rinse in cool water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  • While your noodles are cooking, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). In a casserole dish or dutch oven, combine the cream of chicken, milk, tuna, peas, and seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill weed. Add the cooked noodles and stir all ingredients together.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled Ruffles chips. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for about 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling around the edges and the topping is nice and crispy. *I usually remove the cover for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking time.
