STRAWBERRY, RASPBERRY & BLUEBERRY CRISP
When is it good to get Berry Berry? When it's baked into a yummy fruit crisp with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

Steps:
- Mix sugar and 2 Tbsp. of the flour in large bowl. Add berries; toss to coat. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Mix remaining 1/2 cup flour, crushed grahams, oats, sugar, almonds, cinnamon, butter, oil and water. Sprinkle evenly over berry mixture.
- Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly.

RASPBERRY SAUCE
Steps:
- Place the package of raspberries, the granulated sugar, and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 4 minutes. Pour the cooked raspberries, the jam, and Framboise into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until smooth. Chill.

- Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a 17-by 12-inch jelly-roll pan.
- Make crust:
- In a food processor finely grind graham crackers (you will have about 2 cups crumbs). Cut margarine or butter into bits. In a large bowl stir together crumbs, flour, and sugar. Add margarine or butter with your fingertips blend until mixture resembles coarse meal. In a bowl lightly beat eggs. Add eggs to crumb mixture, tossing with a fork to blend, and press evenly onto bottom of pan.
- Make Filling:
- Spread jam evenly over crust. In a lage bowl with an electric mixer beat butter briefly and add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after addition. Add coconut and beat until combined.
- Drop coconut mixture by small spoonfulls over jam and spread carefully, coating jam evenly.
- Bake confection in middle of oven 20 minutes, or until golden brown, and cool in pan on a rack. Chill confection until cold, at least 1 hour, before cutting.
BLUEBERRY AND RASPBERRY FREEZE
This is a low fat and no sugar recipe. The fat that is in here comes from the flax seed which is great for you and gives this sherbet a slight nutty taste. Make it for breakfast or have it as dessert. It's a wonderful replacement for ice cream. This is made with frozen berries. Sugar or Splenda may be added to taste if berries are not sweet enough. I myself like the tartness.

RASPBERRY, COCONUT AND BLUEBERRY SUNDAE
This red, white and blue dessert is incredible. Best made when the berries are fresh and available. The three sauces may all be made ahead and stored in the fridge.

Steps:
- Coconut Sauce: In heavy saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and margarine.
- Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve warm.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
- Blueberry Sauce: Simmer 12 minutes or so and cool.
- Raspberry Sauce: Simmer 12-15 minutes and cool.
- Place three scoops of ice cream in oblong sundae dish.
- Cover one scoop w/ raspberry sauce, one w/ coconut sauce and the last w/ blueberry sauce.
- Place dollop of whipped cream on each scoop.
- Sprinkle in order the three scoops with fresh raspberries, flaked coconut and fresh blueberries Sprinkle w/ mixed nuts and garnish w/ whole maraschino cherries.
- Serve and eat until your eyes glaze over.
