Steps:
- Preheat a waffle maker on medium-low heat.
- Spread one slice of bread with the marshmallow creme and the other with peanut butter. Place slices of bananas on both slices of bread, then hold a slice in each hand and bring them together to make a sandwich.
- Set the sandwich on the work surface and butter the top with 1 tablespoon butter.
- Set the sandwich, butter-side down, in the waffle maker. Spread the remaining butter on top of the sandwich and close the waffle maker.
- Toast until golden and crisp, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove, slice in half and serve with potato chips.
ROAST BEEF ON A SPIT

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the tri-tip. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove the tri-tip from the refrigerator at least 1 hour before grilling. Wipe off all excess marinade from the meat and place on the spit. Grill the tri-tip for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Let the tri-tip rest at least 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

PAT'S ROAST BEEF

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Heat 2 tablespoons the oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot but not smoking. Add the meat and sear on all sides.
- Add the mushrooms and onions to a bowl and stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and toss. Add to the skillet around the roast.
- Put the skillet in the oven and roast until an instant-read thermometer registers 130 degrees F, about 40 minutes. Remove the roast from the oven to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes. Remove the onions and mushrooms from the skillet.
- While the beef is resting, prepare the gravy.
- Put the skillet on low heat. Add the wine and stock, while scraping up the browned bits on the bottom of the pan. Whisk in the flour until the sauce is thickened and smooth.
- Slice the beef into very thin slices. Transfer to a platter and serve with the mushrooms, onions and gravy.
HOT ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together the mayo, mustard, poppy seeds, grated onion, horseradish mayo and Worcestershire. Taste the dressing and adjust the ingredients however you wish.
- To assemble, spread the dressing on the top and bottom buns. On the bottom bun, lay on some provolone, roast beef and American cheese, and place the top bun on top. Repeat with the next sandwich.
- Wrap each sandwich in a foil square, and either bake right away or keep in the fridge. To bake right away, put them on a baking sheet in the oven until the buns are slightly crusty and the cheese is melted, 15 to 20 minutes. Great for a crowd!

- In a Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Brown roast on all sides. Add remaining ingredients except rolls; cover and simmer until the roast is tender, about 3-1/2 to 4 hours.
