This martini is made with Amarula, a South African liqueur made from the Marula Fruit... After watching how much fun the chimps had on a cable program I just had to get it and see what all the fun was about. Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for about 30 seconds.
- Strain into martini glass and sprinkle chocolate curls on top.

CLASSIC MARTINI
Steps:
- Shake the olive brine extra cold with large ice in a cocktail shaker. In a chilled Nick and Nora glass, drop in a dash of vermouth and coat the inside of the glass to season it. Strain the olive brine into the glass. Fill with frozen gin of choice. Add 1 olive on a crystal pick and serve.
PINK GIN MARTINI
Steps:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the ice, gin and vermouth. Shake until chilled, then strain into 2 chilled martini glasses. Squeeze the oils out of each grapefruit rind into the martinis and garnish each glass with a rind. Serve immediately.
