ROSé SANGRIA

This refreshing fruity drink is perfect for warmer weather, with nectarines, strawberries and orange liqueur - easily doubled for parties

Rosé sangria image

Steps:

  • Put all the ingredients, except the sparkling water and mint, in a large jug and stir to combine. Leave in the fridge for about 1 hr or until chilled, then top up with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves to serve.

3 nectarines or peaches, stoned and sliced
200g strawberries , sliced
750ml bottle Spanish rosé wine
juice 1 orange
1 tbsp golden caster sugar
50ml orange liqueur (we used Grand Marnier)
300ml sparkling water
small handful mint sprigs

Steps:

  • Measure 3/4 cup rum, 3/4 cup brandy, 2 cups wine, and 2 cups Sprite, and pour all into pitcher over ice and stir with a long wooden spoon. Dice a few pieces of apple, remove a few grapes, both green and purple, from stems and cut in 1/2, and dice a few pieces each of lemon and lime. Add diced fruit to pitcher and stir once more. Pour Sangria into tulip glasses.;

1 pint bottle rum
1 pint bottle Spanish brandy
1 bottle rose wine
2 liters Sprite
Clear-colored large pitcher filled half-way with ice cubes
Apple slices
Grapes
Lemon slices
Lime slices

Steps:

  • Combine wine, Sprite®, rum, and brandy in a clear glass pitcher filled halfway with ice cubes.
  • Stir with a long wooden spoon.
  • Add a few slices of apple, halved grapes, and lemon and lime slices to pitcher.
  • Stir once more.
  • Pour sangría into tulip glasses.

A refreshing sangria made with Rose' with fresh berries. I made this 3 ways and enjoyed all. Without the optional juices for a crisper drier sangria or with OJ for a sweet tangier heartier sangria, or with the pineapple for a whole different sweet tropical sangria.

Crisp Berry Rose' Sangria image

Steps:

  • Mix berries and toss in sugar let sit to macerate about 20 minutes. Just enough to be slightly softened.
  • Top with ice cubes.
  • Add brandy, triple sec and chilled wine.
  • Add optional juice of choice if desired. Or have it on the side and let guests add for their tastes.
  • Stir and and serve icy cold.
