CHEESY SAUSAGE LASAGNA SOUP
This is a great hearty soup... Tastes just like lasagna in a bowl. Serve with warm crusty bread for a perfect winter meal.

Steps:
- Cook and stir sausage in a large pot until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Pour in chicken broth, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes; bring soup to a boil.
- Stir pasta into the soup. Cook, stirring occasionally, until almost tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in spinach, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat; stir in basil and let stand until pasta is tender, about 2 minutes more.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, saute the onions, peppers and celery in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. , Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the sausage, potatoes, cream-style corn, broth, soup, carrots, corn, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and seasonings.Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender. , Stir in cheese and milk. Cook on low 30 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Stir until blended.

- In a large pot fill with 6 cups of water and cook pasta according to package directions.Once pasta is completely cooked, rinse with cold water and drain. Set pasta aside for later.
- Using the same pot, heat 2 tablespoon olive oil. Once heated add sausage, onion and garlic; cook until sausage is completely cooked through.
- Place the same pot over medium-high heat and add chicken broth, whole tomatoes - squeezing the whole tomatoes with your hand so that it breaks them up as you are pouring them in the the pan, diced tomatoes, Barilla marinara sauce, Italian seasoning and heavy cream. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
