Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of loaf pan. Beat all ingredients on low speed, scraping bowl constantly every 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scrape bowl occasionally. Pour into pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool completely before slicing. Store in refrigerator.

  • Heat oven to 350°F and grease the bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Beat all ingredients in medium bowl with electric mixer at low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
  • Beat at medium speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes.
  • Loosen sides of pan and remove and place on wire rack top side up.
  • Cool completely for about 2 hours before slicing.

  • 2. Grease 9x13 baking pan
  • 3. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. If the batter is too thick add a little water. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until top is golden in color. You may also use mini cupcake pans to make these as appetizers.
