Steps:
- In a bowl, sift together flour, salt and 2 tabsp cocoa.
- Add sugar.
- Stir in milk, melted butter, vanilla mixing until well combined.
- Spoon mixture into a greased 3 pint ovenproof dish.
- Combine brown sugar and remaining 2 tabsp cocoa, sprinkle over the pudding mixture.
- Next, carefully pour hot black coffee over mixture in dish.
- Bake in a moderate oven for approximately 50 minutes.
- Serve with cream.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to moderately low.
- Sift flour, 2 tablespoon of the cocoa, sugar and 2 teaspoons of the coffee powder into 1.25 liter (5 cup) oven proof dish.
- Gradually sir in milk and oil.
- Sift brown sugar, remaining cocoa and remaining coffee evenly over flour mixture.
- Gently pour the water over brown sugar mixture.
- Bake pudding, uncovered, in moderately slow oven about 45 minutes.
- Serve dusted with sifted icing sugar.
YUUUUMMMY HOT CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH HOT FUDGE SAUCE - SELF SAUCING
This recipe is adapted from a recipe here of Zaar. I think my slight changes/additions make it that much better! The first one I made, according to the recipe on here, was loved - the second one (with the changes!) was lusted after!!!!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F/170°C.
- Lightly spray 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
- Cake: combine all dry ingredients and mix to distribute evenly.
- Add all liquid ingredients, and mix to make smooth.
- Scrape batter in to pand and set aside.
- Fudge sauce: in the same bowl as cake, combine brown sugar, coffee, cocoa and hot water.
- mix until melted.
- Carefully pour in to pan over batter.
- DO NOT MIX. You want the liquid to sit on top of the cake.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minute uncovered.
- Cake will rise to the top and you will have a hot fudge sauce on bottom.
- When you serve, spoon the hot fudge sauce from beneath each piece you cut over the cake.
- Top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add unbeaten egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa and instant coffee. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
- Spread mixture evenly into 8 inch square ovenproof dish.
- TO PREPARE TOPPING: Mix together the sugar, instant coffee and cocoa. Sprinkle evenly over the batter. Carefully pour the hot water over the top (do not stir).
- Bake for 35-40 minutes. The sauce will be on the bottom and the cake on top. Spoon out some cake and sauce into serving bowls. Best served hot or warm.
MOCHA FUDGE PUDDING CAKE
Don't let the list of ingredients keep you from trying this recipe. It's actually pretty quick to throw together, and fairly simple. This recipe can easily be doubled and baked in a 9x13 pan if you need 12-16 servings, which is what I usually do. You can serve it with a scoop of ice cream or sorbet if you'd like.

- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
- Mix first 8 ingredients together in bowl, and place in greased 9x9 baking pan.
- Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup cocoa. Pour mixture on top of the batter in the pan, using a spoon to spread it evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup hot water, and 1 tablespoon instant coffee. Stir to dissolve coffee. Add 1 tablespoon butter. Stir until butter is completely melted. Pour mixture over the cake batter.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, or until cake is done (it should spring back when touched).
- Let cool for about 30 minutes. When ready to serve, cut into squares and spoon some of the chocolate pudding over the top of each serving.
