BEST BEEF DIP EVER
Wow...A favorite with all my family and friends. I refuse to give any of them the recipe because it is so easy. I love it when they keep asking for it! I often throw all the ingredients into slow cooker and head to work. We all eat when ever we get in the door. The au jus is great! Add beef to lightly toasted buns, and dip away in the au jus.

SHREDDED FRENCH-DIP SANDWICHES
This makes some of the best hot sandwiches. Delicious, deeply flavored beef with rich aujus for dipping. Put it together in the morning and come home to a great meal! We like it with a green salad and some chips on the side. I'm not sure where this came from- maybe the food network or some magazine. The left-overs(if there are any) freeze well. Thaw, thicken the aujus and add any remaining meat and serve over rice or noodles.

SHREDDED BEEF FOR FRENCH DIPS (CROCK POT)
This is sooo good and easy. The first day we have French Dip sandwiches on crusty rolls, dipped in the broth. We then use the left over meat for hash or wrapped in flour tortillas. The left over broth gets saved in the freezer for recipes calling for beef broth. This makes a wonderful base recipe to make any type of beef soup. I have used this recipe for chicken also and it turns out delicious.

- Begin by seasoning your chuck roast generously with salt, ground black pepper and granulated garlic.
- Cook your chuck roast according to the method that is most comfortable for you. I cooked mine in the Instant Pot. I added 4 cups of beef broth to my 8 qt Instant Pot and cooked on high pressure for 90 minutes. You may also cook on a stove top pressure cooker, in the oven or any other method that allows you to easily shred the beef once it’s done.
- In a large baking dish, mix your mozzarella cheese, sharp cheddar cheese and room temperature cream cheese very well. Leave your cheese-filled baking dish aside for later.
