SHRIMP BOIL WITH SPICY HORSERADISH SAUCE
What's for dinner? A big ol' heap of Louisiana, in the form of potatoes, corn, and shrimp. It's all here, it couldn't be easier, and dipping everything in the spicy sauce while you sip a cold beer is pretty much the perfect thing to do on a steamy summer evening.

CHEF JOHN'S SHRIMP COCKTAIL
Before I knew much about food or dining out, I knew that if they brought shrimp cocktails to the table as an appetizer, we were eating at a 'fancy' restaurant. I'm sure I enjoyed the shrimp, but what I really loved was dipping the crackers in the spicy, horseradish-spiked cocktail sauce.

SHRIMP COCKTAIL WITH SPICY BLOODY MARY SAUCE
Recipe does not include chill time for the shrimp. I have never made this recipe because I do not like hard liquor but it is definitely a good recipe for someone who does. It truly does look delicious!
