Steps:
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Add the parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce and seafood seasoning; mix well. Stir in shrimp and mozzarella cheese., Spoon filling into tart shells. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 8-12 minutes or until shells are lightly browned. Serve warm or cold.

Steps:
- Combine shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and milk and mix well.
- Spoon 2 T of mixture onto the middle of separated crescent rolls dough.
- Roll up as directed on package and place on baking sheet.
- Brush rolls with mixture of egg and water and bake at 375 deegrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough into 1 long rectangle; gently press perforations to seal. Place curry powder in small strainer. Shake strainer to sprinkle dough with curry powder; sprinkle evenly with coconut.
- Starting with one long side, roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion. With serrated knife, cut roll into 24 slices; place, cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375°F. for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; place on wire rack. Cool 10 minutes or until completely cooled.
- To serve, top each appetizer with 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves and 1 shrimp. Garnish each appetizer with cilantro sprig.

SHRIMP FRIED RICE IN COCONUT CUPS
Bowls? You don't need no stinking bowls for this Asian entree, not if you try this clever hack using Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Unroll dough into 1 long rectangle on work surface; firmly press perforations to seal. Sprinkle coconut over dough, gently pressing coconut into dough. With sharp knife, cut dough into 8 equal squares. Press 1 square, coconut side down, into each of 8 ungreased regular-size muffin cups.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately use small cup to press dough down inside each crescent cup.
- Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper and garam masala; add to skillet. Cook and stir until shrimp start to turn pink. Add frozen rice and vegetables, pineapple and soy sauce. Cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and rice mixture is steaming hot. Stir in cashews.
- Spoon hot shrimp-rice mixture evenly into crescent cups. Sprinkle with cilantro.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Place flour in medium bowl. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until mixture is crumbly. Stir in 1 beaten egg until well mixed. Shape into a ball. Divide into 24 balls. Press 1 ball on bottom and up side of each of 24 ungreased small muffin cups, 1 1/4x1 inch.
- Divide shrimp among cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat 1 egg and the egg yolk in small bowl. Stir in half-and-half and basil. Spoon about 1 tablespoon egg mixture into each cup.
- Bake about 20 minutes or until light brown. Immediately remove from pans to wire rack. Serve immediately.
