Steps:

  • Fold a tortilla in half, then in half again and once again. Using a clean scissors or sharp knife, cut small triangles on folded and outside edges. Unfold tortilla; brush both sides with oil. Place on a greased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas and oil. , Bake at 400° for 7-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Dust both sides of tortillas with confectioners' sugar while still warm.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with Reynolds® Parchment Paper, set aside.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy with an electric mixer. Mix in egg and lemon extract until well blended.
  • Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture until smooth. Divide dough in half; shape into 2 flat disks. Wrap dough in parchment paper; refrigerate 1 hour until firm enough to roll.
  • Roll out the dough 1/8-inch thick between two sheets of lightly floured parchment paper.
  • Cut dough with 2 to 6-inch snowflake cookie cutters. Place cookies 1-inch apart on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Decorate with colored sprinkles.
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cookies are just beginning to brown on edges. Cool.
  • Mix powdered sugar and milk together in a small bowl, adding milk slowly until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle over cooled cookies.

  • Brush the top of the Christmas cake with honey. Roll out the marzipan, then trim to fit the top of the cake, using the cake itself or the cake tin as a template. Lay the marzipan on top of the cake, then press down lightly.
  • Lightly beat the egg whites with a fork, just to break them up, then gradually beat in the sifted icing sugar until you have an icing that forms soft peaks. Beat in the glycerine to stop the icing from getting too hard. Spread and thickly swirl the icing over the marzipan, then scatter with silver dragees. Decorate by wrapping round a silver ribbon and then the clear snowflake ribbon.
