HIDDEN SLOPPY JOES

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Generously spray 12-cup Bavarian-style bundt cake pan with cooking spray. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce.
- Stir Bisquick mix, milk, butter and eggs until blended. Spoon about two-thirds of the Bisquick mixture onto bottom and half way up side of pan. Spoon beef mixture over Bisquick mixture. Drop remaining Bisquick mixture by spoonfuls to cover beef.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Turn pan upside down onto heatproof plate; remove pan. - 1. Cook and stir beef and onion in large skillet until beef is cooked through and scrambled; drain. Stir in Manwich. Heat through. Remove from heat and set aside. Generously grease a 12 cup bundt cake pan. Mix together the Bisquick, milk, margarine and eggs; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Spread 2 cups of the batter in bottom and about 2 inches up sides and center of pan(around tube). Spoon beef mixture evenly onto center of batter. Drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls about 1/2 -inch apart onto beef mixture and spread to cover meat. Bake in 375^ oven about 25 minutes until light brown and firm. Invert on serving plate. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook and stir the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks, until the meat is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain off any excess fat, and mix the sloppy joe sauce into the cooked meat.
- Unroll a can of crescent rolls, and pinch the triangles together to form a single sheet of dough. Lay the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread the meat and sauce mixture in an even layer over the dough, and sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the meat mixture. Unroll the second can of rolls, pinch the triangles together to make a single sheet of dough as before, and place the dough over the cheese.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven until the top sheet of dough is golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.

- Boil potatoes in water seasoned with coarse salt until they are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain cooked potatoes and return to the warm pot to dry them out. Let the potatoes stand 2 minutes, then spread potatoes out on to a cookie sheet to quick-cool them.
- In the bottom of a medium mixing bowl, grate 1/4 onion using a hand grater. Add mustard and mayonnaise, paprika and cayenne pepper sauce to the grated onion and stir to combine. Add potatoes to the bowl and stir to evenly distribute dressing. Season potato salad with salt and pepper and taste to adjust your seasonings. Top servings of salad with chopped scallions.

- Brown the mince in a non-stick pan for a few mins, then tip into a bowl. Whizz the onions in a food processor until finely chopped (or roughly grate if you don't have one).
