- In a large bowl, mix first nine ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Top with pineapple and pecans., Cook, covered, on low until a thermometer reads 160°, 4-5 hours.

- Toss the sweet potatoes with the cornstarch in a bowl to coat well. Add the mixture to a slow cooker and dot with the butter. Sprinkle over the brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and cayenne. Pour in the vanilla, orange juice and 1/4 cup water. Season with salt. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low, stirring once or twice, until the potatoes are tender, about 3 hours.
- Toss the potatoes once more and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with the walnuts and parsley and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter one 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes; cook until tender but still firm. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl to cool. Peel and quarter.
- In a sauce pan, combine pineapple, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Bring to boil and reduce heat.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer in baking dish. Pour sauce over potatoes and bake for 45 minutes.

- Place pineapple, kielbasa sausage, and onions into the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Combine water and cornstarch in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Whisk together reserved pineapple juice, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce in a saucepan. Bring mixture to a simmer; pour in cornstarch slurry. Whisk until well combined and thickened slightly, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker. Mix well to coat.

- Place cut up carrots and sweet potatoes in bottom of crock pot, then add chicken breasts. In a large bowl, add brown sugar, pineapple juice, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger and garlic salt pour over chicken, sweet potatoes and carrots in crock pot. Cook on low until chicken is tender, about 6 hours. For shorter cook time, cook on high for about 4 hours. - If using whole pineapple: Peel, quarter, and cut away the core from the pineapple. Discard the core. Cut each quarter in half lengthwise then slice 1/4-inch thick slices crosswise.
