- In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper if desired, onion and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain. Add pizza sauce and basil. , Transfer to a greased 3-qt. or 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 400° until potatoes are lightly browned, 30-35 minutes., Sprinkle with cheddar cheese; bake until cheese is melted, 5 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Arrange potato nuggets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and chop coarsely.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add shallot and cook until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook until light golden, about 2 minutes. Whisk in milk and 2 tablespoons sour cream; stir until smooth and thick, about 5 minutes. Season with black pepper and nutmeg. Stir in 1 cup Cheddar cheese until fully melted.
- Transfer potatoes to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle bacon on top. Pour cheese sauce over the potatoes. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese on top.

TATER TOT BREAKFAST PIZZA RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: tater tot, eggs, bacon bits, avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, butter, pepper

Steps:
- Pour the tater tots in a large mixing bowl. Microwave for one minute and forty-five seconds (or until soft)
- Add one egg to the softened tater tots and mix.
- Grease a cast-iron pan with butter, then pour the tater-tot mixture into the pan and spread it out to create a crust.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes at 400˚F (200˚C).
- Remove from the oven, then add ½ of the cheddar cheese, ½ of the mozzarella cheese, and ½ of the bacon bits to the base of the crust.
- Crack the rest of the eggs evenly over the top of the crust, then top with the rest of the cheese and bacon bits.
- Bake for 15 more minutes at 400˚F (200˚C).
- Top with avocado slices and pepper.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray an oven pan, place full bag of potatoes on pan, cook 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they start to brown.
- Once cooked, form a pile of potatoes in the middle of the pan.
- Add 1/3 of the cheese to top of potatoes.
- Add pizza sauce on top of cheese.
- Add remaining 2/3 cheese.
- Top with pepperoni and sausage.
- Cook in oven for 15 minutes, until cheese starts to brown.
