- Place bagel halves onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until lightly toasted (2 to 4 minutes).
- Spread 1/4 cup seafood salad on each bagel half; top with 4 cheese triangles.
- Broil until cheese is melted (1 to 2 minutes).

I love good tuna salad, so cool and refreshing in the summer. And tuna melts are good all year round! This is a quick and easy recipe, but it's my favorite.

- In small bowl, combine well the first 8 ingredients. Set aside.
- Toast bread.
- Top with tuna.
- Top with tomato slices.
- Top with cheese slices.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake in 400ºF oven until cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
- Makes great regular sandwiches on bread, croissants or bagels; or stuffed summer tomatoes, too!

- Brush English muffins with butter; set aside. In a bowl, combine the crab, shrimp, 3/4 cup cheese, celery, olives and parsley. Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; pour over seafood mixture and toss to coat. , Place a rounded 1/4 cupful of the mixture on each muffin half; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place on a baking sheet. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

- Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles;press perforations together to seal.

- Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle tops of rolls with remaining cheese.
