I've been making this salad for years! My friends and I usually fight over who gets to bring it to a potluck, because it's always one of the first to go so we know we won't be lugging home any left overs! Simple to put together the night before, and delicious the next day! I've been know to double and sometimes triple the recipe to make sure everyone gets enough to eat! Enjoy! You can add pretty much any fruit you prefer, it's extremely versatile. This can also be done with sugar free ingredients and still tastes great. Serving sizes are rough estimates.
