SNICKERS CARAMEL APPLE SALAD
I got this recipe from Facebook by Chef in training and wanted to share. It sounds like a good Halloween treat. The photo is theirs.

Steps:
- 1. Whisk together vanilla pudding packet, milk, and cool whip until well blended
- 2. Chop up apples and snickers into bite size pieces and stir into pudding mixture
- 3. Place into a large bowl and drizzle with the caramel sauce.
- 4. Chill at least one hour prior to serving.
SNICKERS CARAMEL APPLE SALAD
I first sampled this salad at a chili cook-off - perfect! This is a real hit at fall parties. I like to use a mix of green and red apples.

Steps:
- Mix cool whip and dry pudding mix together.
- Chop apples and chilled Snickers.
- Mix together.
- Heat caramel sauce a bit in the microwave- just enough to drizzle, not enough to heat up salad.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over salad and sprinkle peanuts on top.
- Chill for at least an hour-- Voila!
