Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the water, tomato paste, salt and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until heated through., In a small saucepan, melt cream cheese over low heat, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk and Parmesan cheese until blended., Place noodles in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Spread meat sauce over noodles. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.

Steps:
- Heat the oil in a Dutch oven or soup kettle. Add the onions; saute to soften slightly, about 2 minutes. Add remaining vegetables, meat of choice, starch of choice, tomatoes, chicken broth, and dried herb or spice of choice. Partially cover and simmer until vegetables are tender and flavors have blended, about 20 minutes. Add fresh herbs, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef and onion in a large pot, add onion soup mix, tomatoes, water and bring to a boil.
- Stir in uncooked pasta, cover and simmer about 10-12 min until pasta cooks.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and top with more cheese if you like.
