EASY SPAGHETTI SQUASH SPAGHETTI
This is a super easy recipe for spaghetti squash that I often eat for lunch when I am looking for something healthy and quick.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the squash halves into a large baking dish with the cut-sides facing down.
- Bake in the preheated oven until easily pierced with a knife, about 40 minutes. Cool squash for 10 minutes.
- Shred the inside of the squash with a fork and transfer to a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to shredded squash and toss to coat. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

PRIMAVERA SPAGHETTI SQUASH RECIPE BY TASTY
When baked in the oven, the inside of spaghetti squash takes on a noodle-like texture, making it a perfect low-carb alternative to your favorite pasta recipe. And this creamy primavera recipe takes spaghetti squash to the next level. The squash is loaded with vegetables like mushroom, broccoli, and asparagus, then it's tossed with a creamy parmesan mixture, which you can also make dairy-free.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
- With a sharp knife, slice the squash in half. If the squash is too tough, puncture in several places forming a dotted line around the squash. Microwave for 3-5 minutes to soften. Allow to cool before cutting in half.
- Scoop out the seeds, brush with oil, and sprinkle with salt, and pepper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a fork can easily pierce the skin.
- Meanwhile, in a pan combine oil, garlic, and onion over medium heat, and sautè until onions are translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add the broccoli, asparagus, squash, tomatoes, salt, and pepper and cook until almost cooked through.
- Add the milk/ milk alternative until warmed through. Add the vegetarian Parmesan and mix until evenly spread throughout vegetables. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Remove squash from the oven, with a fork pull at the edges to produce that stringy "spaghetti" quality.
- In the pan combine "spaghetti" with vegetables. Return to the squash and top with Parmesan.

I created this dish as a low fat, low carb alternative to pasta. It fills the pasta cravings, is healthy and it really tastes good!

Steps:
- Cut spaghetti squash in half and microwave (or bake) until done.
- Scrape squash from shell into a large serving bowl- keep warm.
- In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt the butter then saute the chopped garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the sour cream, milk and basil.
- Turn heat to low to keep warm.
- In a frying pan, saute the chopped vegetables and turkey bacon in the olive oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until the vegetables are slightly softened and bacon is cooked through.
- Add the tuna and cook until tuna is warmed.
- Add sour cream sauce to vegetable/bacon mix.
- Pour over spaghetti squash and toss.
- Top with diced tomato and parmesan cheese.

SUPER SPAGHETTI SQUASH WITH SPAGHETTI SAUCE
I grow spaghetti squash in my garden and often try different ways to cook it. This is one of my favorite recipes for spaghetti squash, I found one similar in an old cookbook and just added my own things. It is really yummy!!

Steps:
- Wash spaghetti squash then cut in half, lengthwise.
- Scrape out seeds.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on spaghetti squash halves, add butter then put in baking pan with 1/4 cup water.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Meanwhile, as squash is cooking, put stewed tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, garlic and spinach in sauce pan, bring to a low boil and simmer 30 minutes.
- Drain off juice, add spaghetti sauce, bring back to a boil, simmer 15-20 minutes .
- Using a fork, scrape squash from shell, starting at one end finishing at the other.
- It will look just like spaghetti noodles.
- Put squash in one bowl and sauce in another bowl.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese and garlic bread or a salad.
