CHRISTMAS SPICE LATTE

Steps:

  • Pour the milk into a small pan and add your festive spice and the sugar. Bring to a simmer mixing with a balloon whisk.
  • Pour the coffee into a mug and slowly add the hot spiced milk, holding some of the froth back with a spoon. Float the milk froth on top when the mug is full, then garnish with another pinch of festive spice.

Steps:

  • Place ground coffee in the filter of a drip coffeemaker. Add water; brew according to manufacturer's instructions. , In a small saucepan, combine the milk, honey, molasses, sugar and spices. Cook and stir over medium heat until steaming. Remove from the heat. Transfer to a blender; cover and process for 15 seconds or until foamy. , Divide among four mugs; add the coffee. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.

  • Combine the hot milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender; blend until frothy. Pour the mixture into 3 coffee mugs to about 2/3 full. Pour 2 ounces coffee into each mug. Garnish each mug with whipped topping and pumpkin pie spice.

  • Heat the milk in a saucepan over a low heat until steaming and frothy. Pour into the glass or mug, and spoon over any froth. Stir to combine, then dust with more cinnamon or some pumpkin spice before serving.
