Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine nuts and seeds in a medium-sized bowl. Add the maple syrup and spices and salt and toss to combine. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, then transfer coated nuts to baking sheet and spread evenly in 1 layer. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once, until nuts are fragrant and lightly toasted.
SPICY NUTS

- Place a large dry skillet over medium heat, add the nuts and toast for 5 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden, shaking the pan often to prevent scorching. Add the butter and continue to stir until melted and the nuts are well coated. Sprinkle in the cinnamon, cumin and cayenne and toss for another minute.
- Spread the nuts out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with the salt and sugar; allow to cool. Serve immediately or store the spicy nuts in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

- Melt the butter and sugar in a large skillet over medium heat and add the salt. Add the almonds, cashews, peanuts, pecans, chili powder, cinnamon, cumin and cayenne. Cook until the sugar is melted and the nuts are fragrant, 5 to 6 minutes. Add the rosemary and toss. Immediately spread the nut mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cool completely, and then serve.

- Preheat the oven to 275. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk the egg white with 1 tablespoon water in a large bowl until frothy. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, the spice blend and cayenne pepper. Toss the nuts in the egg white mixture, then stir in the sugar-spice mixture and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spoon the nuts onto the prepared baking sheet in small clusters and bake until golden, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely, then break into pieces.

- Heat oven to 250 degrees.
- in medium bowl beat egg and water at high speed til stiff.
- In small bowl combine melted butter, all spices, salt and peppers. Mix well.
- Add nuts to egg mixture. Stir to coat well.
- Add 1/2 spice mixture to nuts. Stir to coat.
- Add remaining spice mixture. Stir till evenly coated.
- Spread nuts evenly on cookie sheet that has been covered with aluminum foil.
- Bake in oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Cool well before storing.

- Preheat to 330 degrees F.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter with garlic over moderately-low heat and remove from heat.
- In a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, spread nuts, drizzle butter over, toss well to coat and roast, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.
- Combine dry ingredients and sprinkle over nuts.
- Stir to coat.
- Continue baking 3 minutes longer.
- Transfer to paper towels to drain.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg white until soft and foamy. Combine all remaining ingredients except pecans; whisk into egg white. Stir in pecans until well coated; spread mixture in single layer onto an ungreased baking pan.
- Bake pecans for 15 minutes, then remove from oven. Using a metal spatula, toss, stir, and separate nuts. Reduce oven to 250 degrees and return nuts to bake until medium brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven; toss, and stir again. Place baking pan on wire rack to cool (they will crisp as they cool). Break up any that stick together.

- Preheat your candy thermometer. Combine the sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan. Turn the heat to medium and stir the mixture until the sugar has dissolved.
- Turn the heat up to medium high, then place the thermometer into the pan. The temperature will slowly rise. Cook until the soft ball stage, 240°F.
- Once the syrup reaches that temperature, remove from the heat.
- Place the butter, vanilla, and almonds in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Pour in the syrup and mix everything together until the almonds are covered with the syrup.
- It will take about 2 hours for the syrup to crystallize. It should turn out as a soft glaze.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Combine walnut halves, pecan halves, almonds, and cashews in a large bowl. Add salt, black pepper, cumin, and cayenne pepper; toss to coat.
