  • 1. Combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.Refrigerate leftovers

RASPBERRY BUTTER: (3/4 CUP)
1/2 c butter,softened
1/3 c freh or frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp confectioners sugar
dash of lemon juice
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. SERVE IMMEDIATELT. REFRIGERATE LEFT OVERS
PARSLEY BUTTER (1/2 CUP)
1/2 c butter..softened
1 Tbsp minced fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 Tbsp fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 tsp minced chives
1/4 tsp minced garlic
dash pepper
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.SERVE IMMEDIATELY.REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS
TARRAGON BUTTER (1/2 CUP)
1/2 c butter
1/4 c fresh tarragon leaves..chopped
1/8 tsp lemon juice
dash pepper
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS..SERVE IMMEDIATELY..REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS
MAPLE BUTTER
3/4 c butter,softened
1/2 c maple syrup
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS..SERVE IMMEDIATELY..REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS
SPICED HONEY BUTTER (3/4 CUPS)
1/2 c butter..softened
1/4 c honey
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp cinnamon
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. SERVE IMMEDIATELT. REFRIGERATE LEFT OVERS
HERB BUTTER (1/2 CUP)
1/2 c butter..softened
1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. SERVE IMMEDIATELT. REFRIGERATE LEFT OVERS

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine the warm water, yeast and sugar. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.
  • Add an additional 1 cup of flour and beat on high speed for 2 minutes until the dough begins to form a ball. (If the dough is still very sticky, add an additional 1/4 cup flour as needed.)
  • Lightly flour your work surface. Scrape the dough onto your work surface, and using the heel of your hand, knead it for 2 minutes then place the dough in a greased bowl and cover the bowl with a towel. Set the bowl in a dark, warm place for 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.
