STUFFED CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST WAFFLE SANDWICHES
How many good things can we stuff into one breakfast? Count 'em up: French toast, cream cheese, and chocolate hazelnut spread in a coating of Cinnamon Toast Crunch® cereal. It comes off the waffle iron ready to eat like a sandwich (knife and fork optional).

Steps:
- Spread hazelnut spread on 2 slices of bread. Spread cream cheese on other 2 slices of bread. Press together 1 of each, filling sides together, making 2 sandwiches.
- In shallow bowl, beat egg, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon with fork or whisk until well mixed. Crush cereal; place in another shallow dish.
- Heat waffle maker; grease with vegetable oil or shortening. Dip both sides of 1 sandwich in egg mixture. Dip both sides in crushed cereal, patting gently to coat; place on waffle maker. Close lid of waffle maker. Bake 2 to 4 minutes or until browned. Carefully remove waffle sandwich. Repeat with remaining sandwich. Cut sandwiches into triangles, and serve.

- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon until thoroughly combined. Spread cream cheese mixture onto 4 slices of raisin bread. Top each spread slice with another slice of raisin bread to make 4 sandwiches.
- In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs with milk and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture on both sides.
- Grease a skillet with butter, and place over medium heat. Brown the sandwiches in the skillet for about 2 minutes per side.

- Place two slices of Canadian bacon and one slice of cheese on each of six slices of bread. Top with remaining bread. Place eggnog in a shallow dish. Dip sandwiches in eggnog., In a large skillet or griddle, melt 2-3 tablespoons butter. Toast sandwiches until bread is lightly browned on both sides, adding butter if necessary. Serve with strawberry preserves.

- Heat the waffles in the microwave, about five or ten seconds on each side. You want it to be mostly defrosted, but not totally hot.
- Whisk the egg white and soymilk in a small bowl, and add cinnamon and Splenda to taste.
- Dip each waffle in the egg mixture, making sure to get the egg into the nooks in the waffles. Sprinkle each side of the waffles with some more cinnamon and sugar, and cook over medium heat in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray for about five minutes, or until nicely browned.
- Sprinkle with more cinnamon and Splenda to serve, if desired.
