After trying a bunch of different tries at making spicy pretzels I finally came up this one. It goes great as a tv snack, and the heat at the end really finishes well, enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat Oven at 250º.
- Get your basic turkey roaster pan and spray the inside with no-stick cooking spray.
- Grab handfuls of pretzels and place them evenly in the roaster, try to avoid dumping in all the excess salt and broken pieces on the bottom of the bag.
- Hand mix together all other ingredients in a seperate bowl until all ingredients are mixed up really well.
- Pour this mixture evenly over the pretzels in the pan.
- Place the lid on and grasp the handles and lid tight and shake the pretzels so that they all are evenly coated.
- Place in the oven for 2 hours, stirring and shaking every 30 minutes.
- Make sure you stir up the pretzels on the bottom of the pan otherwise they will get burnt. When they are done cooking, I usually set the roaster out and let them cool for 15-20 minutes. After that I place them in a large bowl for serving.
SPICY PARTY PRETZELS
Who needs all the distractions offered by typical party mixes? It's the toasted, seasoned pretzels you really want! This recipe is simple, and particularly tasty when straight from the oven.

- After the pretzels have cooled down, I put them back in the container I bought them in - and you're done.
SPICY PRETZELS
Pretzels with a bite! This snack is shaken, not baked. Lemon pepper is the secret ingredient, and gives the spice marinade mixture a wonderful zest.

SLOW COOKER SUPER BOWL SPICY VELVEETA DIP
This is a wonderful queso style dip you can customize for desired spiciness--perfect for parties (I serve at superbowl parties). To make it extra special I serve in a hollowed out sourdough bread bowl. Preparing it in the slow cooker ensures it stays hot until needed, and you can actually keep any extra inside it to refill once you run out!

Steps:
- Add choice of Velveeta to your slow cooker, place on low heat. Once it starts to melt, add the minimum of remaining ingredients. Allow at least 30 minutes for the flavors to mingle together before adding extras to suit your own tastes.
- Prepare bread bowl shortly before serving--hollow out all but 1/2" of the interior bread (save the interior, cut the bread into cubes and serve WITH the dip). Fill bread bowl with dip, serve immediately with bread cubes, cut veggies, tortilla chips, pretzels, whatever you wish.
- Note: My mother prepares this with spinach rather than broccoli, and my brother doesn't use either. It's all about your preferences.
- Optional: You can substitute 1 (16 oz) can chili without beans *or* 1/4 lb browned ground beef to replace the chorizo.
