- Place ribs in an ungreased 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the next 11 ingredients; pour over ribs. Cook, covered, on low until meat is tender, 8-10 hours., To make sauce, transfer cooking juices to a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into juices. Return to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Serve with ribs.

- Place ribs on a rack in a large shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1-1/2 hours. , Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, ketchup, vinegar and water until smooth. Bring to a boil. - Place pork in 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
- Mix Brown sugar and first amount of water in bowl.
- Add vinegar and soy sauce. Stir.
- Pour over pork. Cover.
- Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
- Tilt Slow cooker and skim off any fat.
- Stir second amount of water and cornstarch together in bowl. Add to slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 15-20 minutes to thicken or pour into large saucepan to thicken on burner.

FALL OFF THE BONE SWEET & SOUR RIBS
I tried these at a family reunion and loved them! These are so easy to make. You throw a few ingredients together, throw them in the roasting pan and let the oven do all the work. The end is fall off the bone ribs and a yummy sauce that goes great with rice!
