The recipe for a big batch of Manhattan cocktails for a crowd.

Steps:
- Combine 4 dashes Angostura bitters, 2/3 cup Noilly Prat Rouge vermouth, and 1 cup bourbon in an ice-filled pitcher and stir until well-chilled. Strain into 4 ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish each drink with an orange twist wrapped around a fresh cherry.

- Caipirinha – Brazil. 2 oz cachaça. 1 lime, cut into wedges. 2 teaspoons white sugar. Instructions: Muddle the lime wedges and sugar in a glass. Fill the glass with ice.
- Margarita – Mexico. 2 oz tequila. 1 oz triple sec. 1 oz fresh lime juice. Salt, for rimming. Lime wedge, for garnish. Instructions: Rim the glass with salt.
- Martini – USA. 2 oz gin or vodka. 0.5 oz dry vermouth. Lemon twist or olive, for garnish. Instructions: Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in gin or vodka and dry vermouth.
