Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a medium-sized casserole dish.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Add bread and crushed pineapple into the mixture. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned, about 60 minutes.

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine sugar and butter in a medium mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Mix in undrained pineapple, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt until well combined. Use a spoon to fold in bread cubes, then stir in pecans and coconut. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice. Gently fold in bread cubes. , Spoon into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until top is lightly golden. Serve warm.

Steps:

1. Drain Pineapple and reserve juice (I use two cans to be quite honest.) Combine Sugar Flour and juice.
2. Add Cheese, pineapple chunks, and mix with flour, juice and sugar.
3. Heat oven to 350. Grease 9X13 caserole dish. Put mixture in dish. Crush crackers and then sprinkle over mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
