CARAMEL-TOFFEE APPLE DIP
One of my dear friend's husband's who died of cancer loved this recipe. The outer circle of apples makes for a very festive, eye catching piece. - Spread cream cheese into a serving dish. Layer with apple dip and sprinkle with toffee bits. Serve with apple wedges.

Steps:
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth.
- Add toffee bits and mix well.
- Cover and chill.
- Combine juice and apples in a bowl; toss well.
- Drain apples; serve with dip.

This is the best apple dip ever... You can use either regular toffee chips or chocolate toffee chips, either way is yummy!
