CLASSIC TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
There are many reasons this casserole is a classic ... it's comforting, easy to make, and oh so yummy!

- Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Stir the soup, milk, peas, pimientos, if desired, tuna and noodles in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Bake for 20 minutes or until the tuna mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the tuna mixture. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture. Bake for 5 minutes or until the bread crumb mixture is golden brown.

I have loved this recipe since I was a child. I learned this from my mother and I hope everyone will enjoy. This is also a pretty simple recipe so it won't take long to make.

Steps:
- Heat water to it's boiling point.
- Once boiling, place pasta or noodle in water and boil for 6 minutes.
- Strain noodles and place back in original pot.
- Place all canned ingredients into your noodles making sure to drain the liquids from the peas, mushrooms and tuna and stir.
- Then, enjoy!

Steps:
- Heat a griddle or non-stick pan and, when very hot, add the tuna and sear on each side; 2 minutes for rare, 4 minutes for medium.
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
- Mix the wasabi, soy sauce and lemon juice together until smooth, then toss through the noodles with the scallion and arugula.
- Slice the tuna and serve with the noodles.
WASABI TUNA STEAKS WITH HOKKIEN OR UDON NOODLES
Tuna with a blast of wasabi. We nearly always have this with sliced crisp-tender green beans folded into the noodles. Finely sliced snow peas work well too.

Steps:
- Whisk together marinade of Wasabi, Soy and Sugar until Wasabi is blended and sugar is almost dissolved, pour into flat glass or ceramic dish. Add Tuna steaks, turning to coat all sides. Marinate for at least an hour.
- Heat pan (I prefer cast iron) over med high.
- With tongs shake excess marinade from Tuna and place in hot oil for 3-4 minutes then turn and cook other side to your taste (we like ours pretty rare, but watch the sides so you can see how far they are cooked through.
- When done, remove from pan and set aside. Add all remaining marinade to pan, stir until it bubbles, turn heat to low.
- Nuke the noodles in their packaging then empty them into the pan (along with beans or snow peas, if using) and stir to coat them well.
- Place noodles onto serving platter, top with Tuna Steaks.

YELLOWFIN TUNA WITH WASABI CREAM

- In a spice grinder, coarsely grind peppercorns. Coat the tuna with the peppercorns, pressing them into the flesh of the fish. Add oil to a hot saute pan. Sear the tuna in the saute pan, for about 1 minute per side. Remove tuna from the pan and slice into 1/4 inch thick slices. In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce and orange juice and bring to a boil. Boil the soy sauce mixture until reduced by 70 percent and has achieved a syrup consistency. Cool. Whip the cream. Fold in the wasabi powder. Drizzle a little orange soy sauce onto each slice of tuna. Top with a little wasabi cream.
QUICK N EASY TUNA AND NOODLES
If your looking for a fast and easy meal here is one that's tasty. Great served with buttered bread a side of green beans and a cold glass of milk. This is very filling and very cheap meal to make.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the teriyaki sauce, vinegar and oil; add tuna. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for up to 1 hour. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice until blended. Refrigerate until serving. , Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add egg noodles and 3 teaspoons salt to the boiling water; cook until tender yet firm to the bite, about 6 minutes. Drain noodles. Return to pot and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onion and cook until mushrooms are softened and onions are translucent, about 4 minutes. Add remaining butter; stir constantly until melted. Sprinkle flour over vegetable mixture and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Stir in milk and stock and bring to a simmer, stirring often. I consider this the king of comfort food casseroles. What I love about this recipe, other than that it is simple and easy, is that it doesn't require the traditional can of cream of mushroom soup--but it still has the same amount of creamy, decadent goodness that every casserole should. Serve this with a green salad on the side.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion with 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt until it starts to soften up and turn translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the flour, and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes, reducing heat if needed.
- Pour in cold milk and whisk for 1 minute. Raise heat to medium-high and cook, stirring often, until the sauce thickens and comes to a simmer. Remove from heat, whisk in Cheddar cheese, and reserve until needed.
- Fill a large pot with water and remaining salt and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles for 5 minutes. Drain well and add to a large mixing bowl. Stir in the reserved sauce, followed by tuna, peas, cayenne, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix with a spatula until evenly combined.
