1/2 cup light cream or 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Steps:

In a large skillet, combine the hot dogs, baked beans, ketchup, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and parsley. Mix to blend, and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Steps:

over med high heat. combine the potatoes onions and water. Add some salt and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 15 minutes until potatoes are soft
Add the tomato soup and hot dogs. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in the parsley and serve
