SUPER FANTASTIC CINNAMON ROLLS (BREAD MACHINE RECIPE)
I have tried countless recipes for Cinnamon Rolls trying to find the perfect recipe. This is it!! I can't ever make enough of these at home! They are so easy to make too - don't you just love bread machines!

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Select DOUGH cycle press Start.
- In separate bowl combine cinnamon and sugar.
- After dough has finished, turn it out onto lightly floured surface and roll into a 16x24 rectangle. Spread dough with butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise until almost doubled (about 30 min). Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Bake rolls for 14-16 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls.

YUMMY CINNAMON ROLLS FOR THE BREAD MACHINE
This recipe is my take on Cinnabon's rolls. This works best for me. The key to the frosting is to whip it for 12 minutes. It sounds crazy but its worth it! Enjoy!

- Place all the ingredients, except the cinnamon filling, in the bread pan of bread machine (in order as recommended by manufacturer). Process according to manufacturer's instructions for a dough setting and press start.
- When the bread machine has completed the dough cycle, remove dough from pan and turn out onto a lightly oiled surface. (I use a nonstick cooking spray). Knead enough to to punch down. Form dough into a ball, cover with a plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
- After dough has rested, roll and stretch into a large rectangle.
- Combine the filling ingredients and mix well. Warm in microwave for about 10 seconds to make it spreadable. Spread over dough with rubber spatula, getting as close to the edge as possible.
- Starting with the widest end, roll the dough into a log. Cut log into 1 1/2" slices.
- Place into a lightly greased baking dish, 9x13x2-inch.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for approximately 45 to 60 minutes or until doubled in size (after rising, rolls should be touching each other and the sides of the pan).
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Prepare frosting. Allow butter and cream cheese to reach room temperature. Beat cream cheese and butter together in a bowl with a mixer. Slowly add in all powdered sugar. Once all of the sugar is in the bowl mix for at least an additional 12 minutes. When almost done, add in the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Spread fosting over the cinnamon rolls while still warm. Serve warm.

- Put yeast in bread machine first on bottom, then flour, sugar and salt.
- Then melt butter in microwave. Add beaten egg, milk and water.
- Pour onto dry ingredients in bread machine on the dough setting.
- When dough is done, put it onto a lightly floured surface.
- Knead in enough flour to make it easy to handle.
- If it is too elastic, cover and leave 10 minutes.
- Use floured rolling pin to roll out dough on floured surface.
- Roll out into rectangular shape to approx 1/4-inch thick.
- Use filling and spread over entire surface of dough with spoon.
- Roll up dough.
- Cut into circle with a sharp knife about 1-inch thick; place these in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
- Cover with a tea towel and leave in a warm place for approx 30 minutes, until double in size.
- Bake in a 350° oven for about 25 minutes, light brown on top.
- When done, make glaze and swirl over buns.

Steps:
- In the pan of your bread machine, combine water, 1/4 cup melted butter, vanilla pudding, 1 cup warm milk, egg, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt, bread flour, and yeast. Set machine to Dough cycle; press Start.
- When Dough cycle has finished, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a 17x10 inch rectangle. Spread with 1/2 cup softened butter. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over dough.
- Butter a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Roll up dough, beginning with long side. Slice into 16 one-inch slices; place in prepared pan. Let rolls rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake rolls in preheated oven until browned, 15 to 20 minutes.

Steps:
- For dough, add all ingredients in a bread machine pan in the order listed.
- Select the Dough/Pasta setting. Press Start.
- When beeps to "Add ingredients", don't do anything. Let it go all the way.
- When dough is finish, remove from machine.
- Knead dough for about 10 minutes using flour if sticky.
- Roll out into a rectangle (about 14 by 16 inches). Cut dough into 4 rectangles.
- For each smaller rectangle, spoon 1/4 of the mixture on the dough.
- Roll into a long pinwheel. Pinch the end the dough to keep in place.
- Cut into 1/2 inch pieces; makes about 18.
- Do the same thing for the other 3 pieces of dough and the rest of the filling.
- Place onto a greased baking pan. Cover.
- Let rise for 30-40 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly brown on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Mix together sugar, vanilla, and milk.
- Drip icing on top of buns.
- Enjoy!

- Place milk, eggs, 1/4 cup butter, bread flour, sugar, salt, and yeast into a bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer, select the dough setting, and start the machine. When dough cycle is complete, transfer dough to a floured work surface and punch down. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.

Somehow, just the scent of cinnamon rolls bring to mind a warm and cozy house. I had a real estate agent tell me to bake something with cinnamon when showing my house. Cinnamon is comforting, so get comforting! Prep time and servings will vary. These two are guestimated.I almost forgot, I sold my house! Sometimes I add a little maple flavoring or orange juice to my icing, just for something different.

- Add the ingredients to bread machine as recommended by manufacturer. Program for the bread cycle. When cycle is done, place dough on floured surface. Knead dough about 1 minute, then let rest for 15 minutes.
