RANCH PORK CHOP SHEET PAN SUPPER

Ranch Pork Chop Sheet Pan Supper image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Worcestershire, 2 tablespoons of the ranch dressing mix, 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and 1 teaspoon of the pepper until combined.
  • Brush the mixture over the chops on both sides and place in a row on one side of a sheet pan using tongs.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the potatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of the ranch dressing mix and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and toss to coat. Tip onto the middle of the sheet pan next to the pork chops. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add the beans to a bowl along with the remaining olive oil, ranch mix and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and toss.
  • When the 15 minutes is up, remove the sheet pan from the oven and flip the pork chops. Toss the potatoes and add the green beans to the empty space at the side of the baking sheet. Bake until the vegetables are just beginning to brown, about 7 minutes more. Garnish with the parsley leaves and serve.

5 tablespoons olive oil

4 boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves

These are so tasty and easy to make, a great way to liven up pork chops. Serve with mashed or roast potatoes and fried onions and mushrooms with or without gravy as you prefer and some broccoli or peas. Well done Yvonne and Kev, these are gorgeous!

Yvonne and Kev's Pork Chops With Black Pudding, Cheese and Apple image

Steps:

  • Turn the grill on to medium high.
  • Season the pork chop with salt and pepper and grill for 4-6 minutes each side, you want the pork rind to be slightly browned and crispy.
  • At the same time, grill the black pudding but only for 3-5 minutes each side.
  • Put the black pudding on top of the chop, spread the apple sauce on top of that and cover with the grated cheese.
  • Return to the grill until the cheese is slightly browned and bubbling.
  • Wonderful!

Steps:

  • Turn on the grill. Season the chops on both sides with a good sprinkling of salt and pepper. Grill under a moderate heat for 12-16 minutes, turning once, until just cooked.
  • Add the topping. Thinly slice the cheese (don't worry if it breaks up a bit). Spoon the apple sauce over the chops and top each one with a couple of slices of cheese. Slide back under the grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and tinged brown. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green veg such as leeks or broccoli, and with any melted cheesy bits from the bottom of the pan.
