ZIP SAUCE
This is the real deal. I don't know where the other people get their recipes from but the REAL Zip Sauce doesn't have all those herbs. My father-in-law used to play poker with the owner of one of the famous steakhouses in Detroit that served this sauce and one night he divulged the recipe to him. Here it is!!

Steps:
- In a small pot combine all of the ingredients. Turn the stove to medium-low and heat through. Serve with steak.
- *Note: I usually throw the ingredients in a small container and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. It's not how the original was written, but it's just so so much easier:)!

LAMB CHOPS WITH GARLIC-ROSEMARY SAUCE
Steps:
- Chop garlic. Pat lamb dry and season with salt and pepper. In a 12-inch heavy skillet heat oil over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking and sear lamb 3 minutes. Turn lamb over and sear 2 minutes more for medium-rare. Transfer lamb to 4 plates. Add garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, and stock to skillet and deglaze over high heat, stirring and scraping up brown bits, 1 minute. Whisk in butter. Pour sauce over lamb.

The zip sauce and heavy cream complimented each other to create a satisfyingly rich and savory flavor — far too decadent to share. Though the fries and pasta were filling, I needed to at least taste the filet covered in zip sauce. I cut into the 8oz.-grilled steak, cooked to perfection, and every bite covered in sauce.
