Steps:
- Cut Zucchini into sticks; about 3-4 inches in length and quartered.
- Season zucchini sticks w salt and pepper.
- Toss zucchini sticks in flour.
- Individually, dip zucchini stick in egg then in breadcrumb mix.
- Cooking options:.
- 1) Deep fry in medium high heat until golden brown.
- 2) Oven bake in 425F for about 10 minutes. Check in about 8 mins, this entirely depends on how thick the sticks are and how well you like them cooked. Usually, once the breadcrumbs are gold brown the insides are cooked through.
- if yo want garlic,oregano and parmesan in the recipe add with the salt and paper step seasoning.
- DIP: mix sour cream and ranch dressing.
