  • Melt coating in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter and walnuts. Spread into a greased 8-in. square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 1-in. squares.

Steps:

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with plastic wrap long enough to overhang the dish by several inches on each side.
  • Place broken coating into a large glass microwave-safe bowl and melt on low power in microwave oven, about 5 minutes, stirring after every 30 seconds to 1 minute. When coating is smooth and creamy, stir peanut butter into coating until fudge is thoroughly combined. Spread fudge into the prepared baking dish.
  • Refrigerate fudge until set, 1 to 2 hours. Lift fudge out of the pan using the plastic wrap for handles and slice into squares with a pizza cutter.

  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with waxed paper.
  • Spoon peanut butter and cream cheese frosting into a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir mixture and heat again in microwave for 30 seconds; stir again until completely blended.

Two Layer Fudge image

Steps:

  • Line rectangular pan 13X92 inches, with aluminum foil.
  • In medium mixing bowl place 1 cup peanut butter chips; set aside.
  • In a second medium mixing bowl blend melted butter, cocoa and vanilla until smooth; add 1 cup peanut butter chips.
  • In a heavy 4 quart saucepan combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk and butter. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil; boil and stir for five minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Immediately add half of hot mixture to the bowel with peanut butter chips only. Pour remainder into cocoa mixture; stir to blend.
  • Beat cocoa mixture until chips are melted and mixture thickens. Spread evenly over top of peanut butter layer.
  • Cool until set. Remove foil and cut into squares.
