- Spread cream cheese on two slices of bread. Layer cheese, turkey and spinach over cream cheese; top with remaining bread. Spread butter on top and bottom of sandwiches. Cook on both sides on a hot griddle or skillet until the bread is browned and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

GRILLED TURKEY PARMESAN SANDWICH
Not your ordinary leftover-turkey sandwich, this grilled creation, with cheese and marinara sauce, is filled with irresistible flavor.

- Heat a medium nonstick skillet or a griddle over medium heat. Working on a clean surface, place a slice of cheese on top of each of 4 bread slices. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce over the cheese; sprinkle evenly with Parmesan. Layer each with turkey and a final slice of cheese. Top each sandwich with another bread slice, and lightly butter outsides.
- Working in batches, grill sandwiches until bread is golden brown on the bottom, about 3 minutes. Using a spatula, turn sandwiches, and grill until other side is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes more. Slice in half, and serve warm.
GRILLED TURKEY CUBAN SANDWICHES

- Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise and chili sauce in small bowl. Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, mint, and next 4 ingredients in another small bowl.
- Spread chili mayonnaise over cut sides of bread. Top each bottom half of bread with 1 cheese slice, ham slices, and 1 turkey slice. Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper. Spoon mint mayonnaise over turkey. Top with remaining cheese and top halves of bread.
- Working in batches, melt 2 tablespoons butter in large griddle over medium heat. Add 3 sandwiches; top with piece of foil. Place 13x9x2-inch metal pan atop sandwiches. Fill pan with 6 to 8 pounds of canned goods and cook until bread is golden brown, about 4 minutes. Remove pan with weights and foil. Transfer sandwiches to work surface. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in griddle. Turn sandwiches over onto griddle. Replace foil and pan with weights. Continue cooking until cheese melts and sandwiches are golden brown on second side, about 4 minutes. Repeat with remaining butter and sandwiches. Cut in half; serve.
A GRILLED ROASTED TURKEY & PROVOLONE SANDWICH
What a lovely surprise this sandwich is. Not only does it taste great, it is really quick and easy to make. Make sure to use the chutney it adds a nice depth to the overall flavor of the sandwich.

Steps:
- Spread the mayonnaise on the two slices of bread.
- Add the tomato slices and sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
- Next add the sliced basil over the tomato.
- Now add the turkey slices.
- Add the mango chutney to one of the slices of cheese, then top with the other slice.
- Lastly you will add the cheese slices over top of the turkey meat.
- Top with your remaining slice of bread and lightly butter, both sides.
- Place in a medium low pan and fry until golden brown.
GRILLED PROVOLONE, TOMATO AND OREGANO SANDWICH

Steps:
- Use a serrated knife to slice off the domed top of the baguette, removing just a half inch or so (either discard, or butter and then toast on the grill, cut into cubes, and toss into a salad). Then slice the baguette in half horizontally.
- Combine the olive oil, oregano and garlic powder in a small bowl. Drizzle the mixture over both baguette halves.
- Preheat the grill to medium.
- Arrange half the cheese slices over the bottom half of the baguette, followed by the tomato slices. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper, then add the remaining provolone. Top with the remaining baguette half.
- Grill the sandwiches for about 3 minutes, until the cheese melts. Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
