Apple Snicker Salad image

Steps:

  • Whisk butterscotch pudding mix into milk in a bowl until dissolved.
  • Stir whipped cream topping into pudding mixture.
  • Fold the candy bar pieces into the pudding mixture.
  • Fold the apples into the pudding mixture.

1 cup milk

Steps:

  • Peel and chop apples and put into large bowl and cut up Snicker’s bars and put in same bowl.
  • In another bowl combine pudding mixes and milk and beat with mixer until thoroughly mixed then fold in cool whip and add to apples and candy bar mixture.
  • Chill for several hours.

7 -8 granny smith apples or 7 -8 other tart apples (peeled and chopped into pieces)
10 -15 small snack size Snickers candy bars (cut into small pieces)
2 (8 ounce) containers Cool Whip, whipped toppings (can use lite)
4 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes French vanilla instant pudding (can use sugar free)
2 cups milk (I use 2%)

With the surprise ingredient, the pineapple, this is by far the richest apple snicker salad I've tasted. It is requested at every family gathering.

Steps:

  • Melt butter and mix in powdered sugar until sugar is disolved. Let cool.
  • Drain pineapple to make sure that any excess juice is removed.
  • Cut Snickers once lengthwise and then slice into 1/8" slices.
  • Mix apples, pineapple and snickers until well combined. Be sure to remove any juice from bottom of bowl.
  • Mix in butter/sugar mixture.
  • Once everything is combined, fold in Cool Whip.
  • You can't prepare everything ahead and then add the cool whip right before serving.

YUMMY SNICKER APPLE SALAD

Wanted to share my version of this. I take it to pot lucks and it's the first to disapear. I have even seen people lick the bowl. LOL. My husband & kid's favorite sweet treat. Minimum chill time is the cook time. Enjoy!!

Steps:

  • Mix the Cool Whip and French vanilla pudding with a beater.
  • Fold in apples and Snickers.
  • Garnish with some of the Snickers if desired.
  • Chill before serving.

1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box French vanilla instant pudding
4 large apples, peeled and diced (I leave a couple unpeeled for color)
6 Snickers candy bars, diced (I leave out about 1/4 cup for garnish)
