- Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow bowl, mix flour and taco seasoning. Place melted butter and corn chips in separate shallow bowls. Dip wings in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess. , Dip in butter, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear.

- Heat oven to 450°F. Fit large rectangular wire rack in 18x13-inch rimmed pan; spray both with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir together Bisquick™ mix, oil, taco seasoning mix and salt until blended. Thoroughly pat chicken dry, add to mixture and turn to coat. Place in single layer on rack in pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is deep brown and juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (at least 165°F).
- Meanwhile, place Herbed Sour Cream ingredients in blender. Cover and blend 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Serve with wings.

This is spiced-up version of a recipe I found on a supermarket recipe leaflet. I find the seasoning is enough for 3 lbs or maybe some more, wings.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a plastic bag mix together the taco seasoning mix, cornstarch, cornmeal, chili, cumin and oregano.
- Add several wings to the bag and shake to give it a coating, repeat with the rest of the drumettes.
- Place the wings in a single layer on a greased baking sheet(s).
- Bake for approx 50 minutes, turning once or twice.
- Serve with your favorite dip.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. Place taco shells standing up and together in dish; set aside.
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook chicken, taco seasoning mix, water and chiles over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is heated through. Remove from heat.
- To assemble, spread about 2 tablespoons refried beans in bottom of each shell. Top each with heaping 1/4 cup chicken mixture and 2 tablespoons shredded cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining ingredients, if desired.
