  • Beat cream cheese, Sugar, lemon juice until blended and smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  • Pour batter into lightly greased 8 1/2 " springform pan.
  • Smooth top.
  • Bake at 450F for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 325F and bake 30 -35 minutes longer.
  • Topping:.
  • Combine sour cream and sugar.
  • Spread over cheesecake .
  • Bake 5 minutes longer.
  • Run sharp knife around sides.
  • Let cool before removing sides.
  • Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
  • Garnish with curls and fresh fruit if desired.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating with electric mixer on low speed after each addition until well blended. Add vanilla; mix well.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the flour, the baking soda and salt; beat until well blended. Add remaining 2 cups flour alternately with water, beating until well blended after each addition. Pour evenly into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
  • Bake 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min.; remove from pans. Cool completely on wire racks. Spread with your favorite frosting, if desired. (NOTE: Nutrition information is for unfrosted cake.)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease cake pan. 9x13".
  • Dust with flour and tap out the excess.
  • Place the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, water, oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  • Blend with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
  • Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  • On medium low speed continue to blend for 2-3 minutes more.
  • The batter will be very thick and should look well combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth it out.
  • Bake for 27-32 minutes.
  • Frost with favorite frosting.

  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add graham crumbs, sugar, food coloring and 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder; mix well.
  • Scoop cream cheese mixture into 24 (1-inch) balls, using about 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture for each ball. Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Freeze 10 min.
  • Melt white chocolate as directed on package. Dip cream cheese balls, 1 at a time, into melted chocolate, turning until evenly coated with chocolate. Return to baking sheet; sprinkle with remaining cocoa powder.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
