GRILLED CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
"I combined our daughter's two favorite foods-pizza and grilled cheeseburgers-to create this main dish," says Tanya Gutierro from Beacon Falls, Connecticut. "It's very simple to make, and she and her friends love it. If you don't like the toppings, replace them with whatever you prefer."

Steps:
- Make the barbecue sauce: Heat the vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until softened, about 4 minutes. Add the chili powder and cook, stirring, until toasted, about 1 minute. Stir in the ketchup, preserves, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a blender and puree until smooth; let cool to room temperature.
- Make the burgers: Combine the ground beef and 3 tablespoons of the prepared barbecue sauce in a bowl; mix with your hands until just combined. Form the meat into six 1/2-inch-thick patties; season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a grill to medium. Toss the onion with 1 tablespoon of the barbecue sauce and the vegetable oil. Grill (use a grill basket if you have one), turning occasionally, until lightly charred, about 8 minutes.
- Transfer 1/2 cup of the remaining barbecue sauce to a separate bowl for brushing. Increase the grill temperature to medium high and grill the patties, brushing with the barbecue sauce and flipping occasionally, about 8 minutes for medium rare; top with the cheese during the last minute and cover to melt. Toast the buns on the grill. Serve the burgers on the buns; top with the grilled onions, avocado slices and more barbecue sauce.

BACON DOUBLE-CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
When a Steven and Chris viewer challenged me to create a healthy pizza, I wanted to make one that tasted like junk food but was actually good for you. Lots of pizza joints have bacon double-cheeseburger pizza, so that was the perfect choice! I cut some of the fat in the beef by swapping half of it for cremini mushrooms and using my mom's burger-enhancing secret ingredient, Worcestershire sauce, along with steak spice to amp up the beefy goodness. The Greek yogurt-mustard sauce brings the whole dish together. The result? The S&C crew gobbling it up faster than I've ever seen, and everyone exclaiming that it tasted like a fast-food burger, but better! Mission accomplished.

Steps:
- Position rack in bottom third of oven and preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
- In a food processor, finely chop mushrooms, yellow onion and garlic.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and steak spice and cook, stirring and breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, for 8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and no liquid remains in bottom of pan. Add mushroom mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is fragrant and liquid is evaporated. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Line a large (about 11- 16-inch) baking sheet with parchment paper, mist with cooking spray and sprinkle with cornmeal. Stretch dough to fit sheet.
- Mix tomato and BBQ sauces together and spread in an even layer onto pizza dough. In a bowl, combine the cheddar and mozzarella, then sprinkle half the cheese mixture overtop the sauces. Spread beef mixture over cheese. Top with remaining cheeses, red onion, tomatoes and bacon.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is golden brown.
- While pizza is baking, combine yogurt and mustard. To serve, slice pizza, drizzle with yogurt sauce and top with shredded lettuce.

BBQ'D CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
So this recipe isn't to be confused with one that has the ingredients cooked on the bbq, this is for cooking your pizza on the bbq. Last summer, a friend did this and it was amazing so I've made a few different styles. This one came to me when discussing what to have for dinner, pizza or burgers on the bbq. Why not both? The crust on the pizza comes out really nice, with grill marks and is extra crunchy. The technique here is really all you need to know when making this pizza. Toppings are whatever you want or like. One of the best pizza's I ever made was a Thanksgiving turkey dinner pizza. Once you get the technique down, the world's your oyster. Hmmm, oysters...

Steps:
- Preheat a fry pan until hot and add your ground beef, yellow mustard, garlic powder and dried parsley flakes. Cook until browned, drain and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, French dressing and dill relish.
- Roll out your pizza so that it will fit on half of your bbq.
- Preheat your bbq with all grills on high for 15 minutes.
- Clean your grill with a wire brush. Take a paper towel and dip it in vegetable oil. Using a pair of tongs, wipe your oil over the entire grill.
- You want one side of your bbq on and one side off. So if you have a 4 burner grill, turn off the two burners on the igniter side. If you have a three burner grill, turn of the burner on the igniter side and the middle burner. If you have a 2 burner grill, turn off the 1 burner on the igniter side.
- Gently place your pizza dough on the side of the bbq where the burners are off and close the lid. You want to cook your pizza for about 10-15 minutes, until the dough has risen and there are nice grill marks on the bottom.
- Turn off the other side of the bbq and flip your dough over onto that side. Relight the igniter side of the bbq as above.
- Spread your bbq sauce over the pizza. Using a spoon, place dollops of your mayonnaise mixture all over the pizza.
- Spread the ground beef, tomato, onion, and dill pickle over the pizza. Top with the two cheeses. You'll want to assemble your pizza fairly quickly to get the lid back down.
- Cook for another 15-20 minutes, until your cheese is melted and the bottom of the crust is cooked through.
- Remove from the bbq and top with the shredded lettuce.
